OVERVIEW
Writ jurisdiction, PILs, and SLPs are considered the most powerful tools in Indian constitutional law, yet they are also the most misunderstood and feared areas of practice. Law schools teach Articles 32 and 226, 227 but they never teach how to actually draft, structure, file, or argue a writ or SLP.
For first-generation lawyers, the problem is worse. There is no chamber guidance, no mentor to explain maintainability, registry objections, urgency, or judicial expectations. A badly drafted writ is dismissed silently. A weak SLP is rejected at the threshold. Confidence breaks long before skill develops.
This course is created for those who want to approach High Courts and the Supreme Court with clarity, confidence, and constitutional discipline. It trains you not just in law, but in constitutional thinking, drafting precision, and court-specific strategy.
This is not a theoretical constitutional law course.
This is constitutional litigation as it actually happens in Indian courts.
